Our electric booster pumps are excellent for boosting pressure on our model MR25, MR32, and MR43 machines. The 3/4HP and 1HP booster pumps are operated by 120V electric outlet and the 1.5HP is 220V electric. The reasons for adding booster pumps may be for increasing distance of sprinkler throw or increasing the gallons per minute of a machines capability. The BT14-30 is commonly used with our model MR25, the BT14-45 is commonly used with our model MR32. All of the electric booster pumps listed feature a built-in flow sensor for automatic shutdown when the Micro Rain shut off valve closes at the end of a pass!
Consult with your Micro Rain dealer for the proper selection and applications of booster pumps.
On average, the electric booster pumps will add from 25 to 70 PSI to the traveler, depending on flow and incoming pressure.
Products
BT14-45 Booster System gives you the ultimate performance in strong, even water pressure. The flow control starts the pump as soon as you switch on the tap and continues running until water is no longer required. This booster pump is great for boosting our model MR25, adding up to 53 lbs of boost pressure or our MR32 adding up to 47 lbs of boost pressure.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The BF20-40 Booster System gives you the ultimate performance in strong, even water pressure. This system is "on demand", meaning the flow control starts the pump as soon as you switch on the tap and continues running until water is no longer required. Great for boosting our model MR32 or even our larger MR43 model when operated in the 15-20 gpm flow range. Because the BF20-40 uses a flow control, it requires a minimum of 20 psi incoming pressure for the flow control to operate consistently. Shuts down automatically when the Micro Rain completes a run!
BT14-30 Booster System gives you the ultimate performance in strong, even water pressure. The flow control starts the pump as soon as you switch on the tap and continues running until water is no longer required. This booster pump is great for boosting our model MR25, adding up to 35 lbs of boost pressure or our MR32 adding up to 25 lbs of boost pressure. Because the BT14-30 uses a flow control, it requires a minimum of 20 psi incoming pressure for the flow control to operate consistently. Shutdown will be automatic once the Micro Rain shut off valve closes at the end of the run!
